Across West Virginia, manufacturers are running below capacity, waiting for the right signal — the right contract, the right investment, the right policy — to expand. ReshoreWV is that signal. By aligning data, industry, education, and finance, we aim to fill every idle production line, retool every underused shop floor, and connect our state’s capable companies directly to reshoring opportunities emerging from global trade realignment.

Manufacturing matters because it multiplies. Every machine shop that expands production drives new demand for materials, logistics, and services. Every 10 jobs created in a local facility ripple through the community — supporting small businesses, training programs, and public infrastructure. When our manufacturers grow, our entire economy strengthens — not just in one city, but in every county across the state.

Our goal is to grow West Virginia’s manufacturing output 3x from $8.8 billion to $25 billion by 2035, creating 100,000 jobs and establishing our state as a leader in advanced manufacturing productivity. This isn’t about chasing mega-deals — it’s about empowering a thousand small wins that together create a statewide surge in growth, innovation, and confidence.
