ReshoreWV will grow West Virginia’s manufacturing GDP from $8.8B to $25B in 10 years by landing 1,000 reshoring contracts averaging 100 jobs each — creating 100,000 jobs statewide.

Instead of chasing one or two mega-plants, we’ll stack hundreds of smaller, faster wins across small and medium-sized manufacturers. This distributed approach spreads prosperity to every county, builds resilience, and delivers results in months, not years.

• Pent-Up Capacity Registry: Map unused floor space, idle machines, and skilled labor.

• Targeted Products: Focus on tariff- and logistics-sensitive goods that fit SME strengths.
• Regional Deployment: Chambers and development authorities lead local recruitment.
